Hey Folks, hope everyone are doing good..Let me guess persons who are currently reading this might be wondering what this guy is actually talking about"The Dirty World" hahahah😀 you will slowly get to know down the lines why the title is actually apt... These lines are not about people who made it big in their professional careers in the corporate but of those people who never found it easy or never knew how to make things go their way... A fresh graduate out of the college with many hopes and dreams entering to a corporate world does not actually know how dirty it is.. let me give you examples that I have seen in my 4.5 years of experience.. This world has the large number of fake smiles, fake relationships..you can call corporate relationships for benefits truee yeah! A friend who dumps the other friend, a senior management head who was thrown out of his position because of favouritism, an associate level employee who was given PIP (Performance improvement plan) and thrown out of the corporate because he complained his problems to his superior, a superior who only can see through knees, a superior who stops the associate to promote to next level because he asked him the questions which he doesn't have the answer for, people who lick other's feet and praise them each and every time and so on... Everytime there's a conversation in this regards they are never ending as they say and true it is..This world shows you people wearing holi colours everytime on their face but the colour is'nt visible..Even out of all these there are people whom I admire and very lucky that I've worked with them, they showed me the way, motivated me, supporting me everytime till the time I was there with them..For me i have seen two leaders and I admire them the most.. One whom I never worked under but watched closely their growth, commitment and the zeal to get that position where time was never a constraint..you will not believe if I say that their resume says available to work on any day, any time of the week and he/she is now holding a senior team lead operations position in reputed companies of US mortgage👏👏 and the other whom I actually worked under from whom I never wanted to learn anything from them the reason being it's good sometimes not to learn anything as well🤣😜..and last but not the least a company never supports an employee except their clients....I have a question that runs in my mind everytime that when the hierarchy leaves the work on time why not a junior level employee???? may be that is why Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam sir said"Love your job but not company"..May be manifestation is the right to use here even your Instagram reels suggest you the dirtiest ways of corporate politics when you are scrolling through them..Funny😁😁..One thing what I've learnt is that you need to be a smart player to play this game of corporate😎...
