That feeling of Lost...

This is what my next writing is all about ..... "That feeling of being lost"

Well life's a very strange one.You get to meet people who once become very close to you , be with you and all of a sudden let you goo...When such people leave you then you kind of feel that it is the end of the world and suddenly starts behaving the way u haven't till now..

Being dejected by someone doesn't mean the end of everything..Be positive and make sure that you are not struck by the incident and move forward in life as there are many opportunities waiting for you to grab..well to be true that moments we spend with them will always strike you and its not an easy thing to let them go off...but how long would you always keep thinking about them...??
There should be an end to it

when you are into someone you always feel kind of to talk with them, be with them but at end of the day remember you are never accepted by them to be travelling along with them ...

There's no such harm when you kind of go crazy about someone and disclosing the fact that you love someone.Accepting and rejecting you is completely their perspective and one need to respect one's opinion..

One should always remember that it's us what matters the most and live life as we always ve wanted to....

Always remember when someone leaves you there is always a chance of someone better coming into your life who further makes your life complete....

Stop caring about what other's think.

I always wanted to write something like this but never found ways to begin..

 To start off we all live in a stupid society where we find restrictions imposed on most of the things..

So i started questioning myself what role does others/society play in one's own  life ..??

But, do you think one should really care about such people??

At instances, people give importance to other's views rather than your's which kind of makes you feel frustrated.

People are always worried about what others think rather than doing what they find best for themselves and finding happiness themselves..

There is always a fear that runs in your mind that if i does something what others think .This kind of thinking always disheartens oneself..

 "you ought to rather do what you really wish for, there is nothing  to do with this fuckin world.."

I every bit of life there is someone involved  who rather supports you in moving forward in life or always strive to bring you down in front of others..Do not  get discouraged by what people does to you but find positives from them.

Do not get demoralized by what people think about you and start living life which u haven't lived  for all these days and changing  yourself  for others because its your life and only you can live the way you want to live..

Do not give room for others in your life.Don't try to live life to impress others....The right people will definitely  meet you when the time comes.Wait for the moment to happen as someday it should  eventually happen.

There's only one life and try to live the way you wished to.Do what moves you and makes you smile and the ''GOOD" always follow you....😍😍

The Incident..

As the title suggests its all about the incident that happend few years ago that shook me off.
There is an market held at my place (BHEL) at the end of every month  which we call it "MAYABAZAR".I came across this name since my childhood but never got to understand why it is called by that name as i become older then i realized that they make people fools by selling products which does not last more than a month(...Hahahahaa) sometimes they last more than months too.
One day my sister took me to mayabazar to purchase (its a girl thing.....) she is busy in checking bangles, ear rings etc. etc.. i was wondering and thinking when this purchase would be completed.
Then this incident happend i saw a father along with his son bargaining  dress for his son at one of the sellers, the father only had 300rs with him as a whole and the cost of dress is 350rs the son wanted the dress so badly may be he liked the dress so much that he was continuously pulling his father's pyjama for the dress it was like more than half an hour they bargained for the dress to give them for 300rs which the seller never gave instead there was a word uttered from seller's mouth ''Paisa nahi hai toh kyu aatha rey humara time waste karne ke liye" and they both (father and son) moved away from the seller. Till this day i remember the eyes of  the little boy where i realized that he so badly needed the dress.I went to father and asked ''Uncle there are many more shops in the market and if not that dress you could've purchased him some other dress". Then he replied, after seeing many dresses in other shops they've come to that shop and because his son liked the dress he wanted to purchase and give it to him. The other thing what the man told was that 300rs what he had with him will serve their family for 3 days..That answer really shook me off , even then the father wanted to purchase the dress to see happiness on the face of  his son. That "incident" reminded me that i was so lucky to have such parents who never said NO anytime whenever i asked anything from them..

The main reason why i wanted to share this was u see these days what are the incidents that are taking place between children and parents..Parents strive  themselves very hard to earn you good living thinking you are their only world and when you reach positions you never care about them.
The only happiness what you can give parents is spending little time and sharing important moments with them..I heard a saying that because "god cannot take care of everyone for which he has given parents to take care of ourselves". So thank god everyday for making us a part of this wonderful world (The family., the relations etc..)

IT'S A CORPORATE THING.......

This is my very first Blog..And it doesn't get much better to start my first blog with some interesting corporate things..Firstly it makes you crazy till u get into those big buildings.Seeing those massive structures then all of sudden when u get inside that crowd makes u wonder ure not alone here...

Finally that anxiety moments when u get  offer letter to your mail and you feel as if there is a massive thing  accomplished( yeah.....finally i did it )

And the real story begins here....(Remember its all in my less than two years of experience..)

That first day moments meeting your new colleagues those massive rooms etc... makes u feel WOW for few days. After completing all your process trainings etc.. etc... the real test starts.. the entirely new timings (Mine are completely night shifts..) that sleepless mornings where at the begining u feel those 4-5 hrs of  sleep is entirely sufficient (which is not usually as prescribed by Doctors)..Even the dreams are of your trainings in office😂😂...

Soon after the days are gone by when u are aware of what you actually does it feels like all the years of my education is for this what i am doing now 😒😒 you kind of feel pity on yourself..
But the one thing that got me going aggresive towards this corporate thing is the dirty politics..May be this world is entirely new to me and i am lucky to have gone to such project where everything is inside is a dirty politics thing (words used my sister "Chamchagiri''....) which plays a crucial role in ones professional career in order to get things done....
when you see there is one idiot then immediately another one comes and tell u " I am bigger idiot than anyone here.."😆
But this less than two years have taught me many lessons of how one should be in the world of corporate..
If you are being as you are than you are not good from your employer point of view..
Your employer asks you not to stay punctual to your work timings if ure gonna succeed in your career. Say hello to your employer when u login and BYE when you logout from your shift  or else you are pointed out in front of whole team at team meetings..The day when you brokeup infront of whole team when entire team is just a spectator  in between you and employer then you realize this is what exactly not needed of you...At that moment you realize what massive mistake you ve done and the future consequences you need to face.. U know you have been targeted but the thing is you are on your own and there's no one to support you..Things got massive when the employer starts to involve in your personal things..questions you about your personal trips, does not like his team members to have smiles which kind of feels as if someone has kicked his ass...the divide n policy rule but utters stupid words of working as a team.The "spoons" and their peculiar actions...finally when it all mattered the ratings when you are good enough for moving to next level your employer compares you with the newest folks and asks you to learn from them which at that moment felt like ripping his ass off but you can do nothing as it is his time that is running and not yours and wait for your time which eventually does not come until you resign😤😡😝

Then the massive thing ''WFH" which eventually changed the entire work system which eventually  changed the definition of the word..
That person(No name mentioned....) talked to employee the words which he should have never uttered..Frankly speaking that moment it felt like breaking his head but as usual as is done all these days just drop your head down and walking away from itt....

May be this kind of things feels awkward but as a young professional just starting to take steps in his professional career this feels massive ....

My kind of suggestion to young professionals is you  get into these kind of things in your initial stages. Make yourself clear that one day u will need to surpass all these things if u really wanna achieve something and reach to the higher levels of your professional career..

Always believe that there is nothing extrordinary things you should do in order to be recognized and get recognized... Follow your heart and believe yourself to get things done in your own way.May be not here but somewhere you are definitely recognized.

Finally one thing i always believe is that there is no need of someone recognizing your worth its you who should know your worth and how important you are to yourself ....
